I hereby declare that I acknowledge and accept the following:

1.I declare that I fully understand and accept the nature of the activity to be practiced, that I am in adequate physical and mental condition to participate, and that I voluntarily assume all risks inherent in the practice of martial arts, including the risk of physical injury.

2.I hereby release and hold harmless the organization, Noguchi Sensei, and the Bujinkan International of Japan, to the fullest extent permitted by law, and I expressly agree not to make any claim against them for injuries, damages, or losses that I may suffer during the event, in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Argentina, the European Union, and the federal and state laws of the United States of America, insofar as legally permitted.

3.I also authorize the use of my name and image for institutional and promotional purposes, without financial compensation, in accordance with applicable data protection and image rights regulations in each jurisdiction.

4.In the event that the event is cancelled due to force majeure circumstances, the organization commits to refund the registration fee to each participant.However, any costs associated with the transfer of funds—including fees charged by the platforms used (such as PayPal, Mercado Libre), bank transfer fees, and applicable taxes—will be deducted from the refunded amount, in accordance with applicable law.
